Hello all,

If you haven't noticed, I haven't been around for the past year. Unfortunately, I won't be around for the next year, either, frankly: I recently accepted a position as the Editor-In-Chief for a local newspaper, and it's going to be a major time sink in my life. I wouldn't do it if I didn't enjoy it, but unfortunately it means spending less time doing personal side projects such as artistic photography. That's precisely the reason I haven't been submitting over the past year, too -- I had been holding the position of Photo Editor, and all of my work was photojournalism instead of artistic pieces. Now I don't know if I'll even have time for photography, period... which is a shame, but I'm open to new things and eager to get into my new position.

Thanks to everyone for making my stay here enjoyable; I hope that you have very enjoyable years in 2005.
